ALHAJI Mohammed Dahiru Abubakar was yesterday confirmed by the Police Council as the substantive Inspector General of Police (IG). The Police Council meeting preceded that of the National Council of State


An elated Abubakar told journalists at the end of the meeting held at the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa Abuja that he would do “everything humanly possible to ensure safety and management of security in the country.
