This morning Justice Ojo of the Ogun State High Court has dismiss the law suit of N2billion set against the founder of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, Bishop David Oyedepo, for slapping a young lady during a deliverance church service in 2009.
The judge says the application lacks merit as the slapped girl remains aghost victim and that the applicant failed to prove that he attended the service where the girl
was allegedly slapped.
The Lagos based lawyer, Robert Igbinedion failed to produce the girl,making it impossible to have a case against the Bishop and the applicant was slammed a #20,000 fine.
