A Toyota Avalon car with registration number SQ 32 AAA were crushed by a heavy container hauling a 40-foot container , suddenly slipped off the flat-bed and fell
on the car and its three passengers. The accident happen at about 7pm on friday 3, on Anthony Bridge , Oshodi-Apapa Expressway, Lagos.
According to eyewithness the driver of the car and the other man died instantly while the one on the photo cried for help, but their is nothing they could do, as they could not lift the container off the car and even the LASMAN officials couldn't help either because the container was too heavy, so the man eventually died.
When at last the crane arrived at about 10pm and lifted the container off the mangled car, emergency rescue and LASTMA officials took the bodies to Gbagada General Hospital .
