The executors of Whitney Houston’s estate have reached an agreement with her daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown over payments.
While members of the trust – including the late singer’s mother Cissy and sister-in-law Pat Houston – launched a legal bid to stop the original payment schedule over fears those close to her could take advantage, all parties have now come to an agreement which is similar to the original plan, according to TMZ.
Bobbi Kristina is set to receive her money in three segments, 10 per cent when she turns 21, almost 20 per cent at age 25 and the remainder when she turns 30.
The 19-year-old reality TV star – who is engaged to Nick Gordon – is the sole beneficiary of her mother’s estate.
Finland-based mobile maker Nokia has dropped out of the top five global smartphone vendors, according to a report.
Nokia's place in the top five was taken by Research In Motion, the Canadian firm that makes BlackBerry smartphones.ccording to IDC's quarterly tracking survey, Samsung extended itslead as the world's top smartphone vendor in the third quarter of 2012, followed by Apple, the Telegraph reports.
According to the paper, Nokia, once the top smartphone vendor in the world, fell out of the top five for the first time since IDC began tracking the market in 2004.
Making up the top five was Chinese firm ZTE, which is fourth in the IDC list with a 4.2 per cent share of the market.
A man in China successfully sued his wife after she gave birth to an unattractive baby girl.
The man argued that the woman he married was beautiful — and he’s not bad looking himself — so the baby couldn’t be his. After some investigation it was determined that the wife had a lot of plastic surgery before she hooked up with him — and her baby inherited her previous looks.
The man divorced his wife and sued her in open court. A judge found that the man married the woman under false pretenses. The judge awarded the husband the U.S. equivalent of $120,000. This might not have happened if the woman was happy with her God given looks.

German police were hunting Wednesday for a van stolen as it was loaded with 12 corpses being driven to a crematorium.
Police said the van was one of three stolen in the early hours of Monday from a carpark near Berlin while the driver was taking a toilet break. The thieves were apparently unaware that the locked vehicle contained 12 neatly stowed coffins.
Prosecutors suspect the gang may have been supplying stolen vehicles to customers in eastern Europe, since another of the three vans had since been found in Poland.

KEITH Urban has been threatening to quit American Idol.
The country music superstar is furious that his co-judges Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj are at war.
“They don’t pay me enough to have to deal with this crap,” Keith said, according to the National Enquirer. Urban’s said to be taking home around $4m a season.
“Keith knew there’d be friction between the two women, but had no idea how vicious and threatening it would become,” said a source.
“What makes him uncomfortable is the level the animosity has escalated to – and where it could go from here. And his wife, Nicole Kidman, is concerned as well.”
