She maintains her
modesty by keeping her arm across her very ample cleavage, wearing nothing but a long chain necklace and several bracelets for the picture.
Upton is seen staring sexily into the camera for the shot, getting rid of her girl next door image once and for all.
Things just get sexier later in the shoot, with Kate wearing as little as possible to show off her incredible figure to its best potential.
As well as wowing in plunging black swimsuit and fur gilet, Kate gives the photographer a cheeky glimpse of her derriere as she turns her back to the camera while wearing just a pair of leopard-print knickers and heels.
She then later slipped into a barely-there one-piece as she relaxed in a bathtub, and a strapless gown while kicking back on a throne-style chair.
