Singer/ song writer Omawumi Megbele and foremost rapper producer M.I Abaga are set to host the 7th edition of The Headies.

Ayo Animashaun made the announcement saying the pair have been selected in line with the awards’ tradition of picking ‘talented and inspiring entertainers, to front an awards ceremony that parades some of the continent’s biggest entertainers’.

The Headies organizers said this year’s event will hold October 20, 2012, at the Eko Hotel and Suites.
