Jay-Z caused havoc when he decided to ride the subway to his own show in New York City. The US rapper shocked commuters this week when he turned up at Manhattan station and rode the subway to Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn.
The rapper played a run of eight sold-out shows at the newly opened Barclays Centre, and decided to begin his last show with a bang - or rather a short walk.
Jay-Z took a leaf out of Rihanna’s public transport book, as she previously rode the London Underground to play the O2 and the Eurostar to join Coldplay in Paris.
Though we're happy that these stars grace us with their presence, it's hardly the most stress-free mode of transport to take before doing a major concert. It's stressful enough just for us mere mortals!
