A drunk mother, Danielle Reeves from Caterham, Surrey, left her two young children Frankie-Joe, 12 months, and Alfie, now three, alone in a bath full of water for up to 50 minutes while she remained engrossed in talking with neighbours while one of her kids Frankie-Joe, drowned. She was jailed for four years in Britain yesterday.
