Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho has stressed that he does not care about what other people think of him, as long as his own group appreciates his work.

“When you don’t behave like everyone else, you create a negative feeling among others, but a positive feeling among your own group,”
Mourinho told Marca.

“When you’re a leader you can’t forget that. I don’t care what other people think, only what my own people think.”
The 49 year-old Portuguese also talked about the strong relationship he still maintains with his former players.

“When I say forever, I mean forever. I can’t say that the players I had at
Chelsea, Porto and Inter are my ex-
players, they continue to be my players.

“And they don’t talk about their former boss, they say ‘You are the boss’. They are ties forever.”
