Lady Gaga never fails to shock whenever she steps out in public.

And whether she’s wearing a meat dress, over the top headpiece or dazzling in a wedding gown, she certainly knows how to make a statement with her famously eccentric wardrobe.

But, shockingly, Gaga stepped out of
her hotel in Hanover, Germany, on Monday looking almost normal.

The 26-year-old singer dressed down in what appeared to be velour tracksuit bottoms with an oversized white jacket that could barely contain her ample cleavage.

Mother Monster edged up her look with large white sunglasses and put her hair up into a beehive before meeting fans outside her hotel.

The Bad Romance hitmaker wore beige platform heels as she wandered out into the crowd of her devoted followers to sign autographs.

Her travelling band of creatives, known as the Haus of Gaga, craft looks for the singer on a daily basis and have recently taken her styling to a whole new level.

Her all-white ensemble is surely the most down-to-earth fashion offering to be worn by Gaga in a particularly kooky few months.

Gaga is currently embarking upon the Born This Way Ball world tour, where she is still yet to visit Latin America, South Africa and North America.

The singer even recently shaved part of her hair off in order to get a new tattoo inked on the back of her head – a cherub in honour of photographer Terry Richardson's deceased mother.

Lady Gaga, real name Stefani Germanotta, has embraced her curvy new shape of late and has blamed her new figure on her father’s Italian restaurant.

She told radio host Elvis Duran that she didn’t feel bad about her recent weight gain, instead citing her Italian heritage as another reason for her emerging curves.

She said: 'My father opened a restaurant. It's so amazing ... it's so freaking delicious, but I'm telling you I gain five pounds every time I go in there.'

'So my dad wants me to eat at the restaurant, and I'm, like, I've got to go where I can drink green juice.'
