The Kano State governor, Rabi’u Kwankwaso on Saturday appointed Malaysian Professor Dato Mohd.

Razali Bin Agus as the Vice Chancellor of the newly-established North-West University in the state.

Professor Bin Agus, 57, was until his appointment, the Vice Chancellor of Twin-Tech International College of Technology, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
